Reimagine Your Yard allows users to upload photographs of interior or exterior spaces and use our AI tools to generate new design visualizations. The Service may operate on a credit-based system, where users spend credits to generate image outputs.

When you register and maintain an account, you agree to:
- Provide truthful, accurate, and current information
- Safeguard your password and take responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access
4. Credits & Payment
Some features require Credits which you may purchase (if enabled) via third-party processors (e.g. Stripe).
If purchasing is not yet live, these features are for demonstration only.
No Refunds:
- Credit purchases are final and non-refundable except where legally required.
- Credits do not expire (unless otherwise stated).
- Credits have no cash value and can’t be exchanged for money.
5. User Content & Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any images or files you upload (“Your Content”). By uploading, you grant Reimagine Your Yard a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, and display Your Content only for operating, improving, and promoting the Service.
5.2 Generated Content
The AI-generated designs (“Generated Content”) are created via algorithms.
You are free to use them for personal or commercial purposes, but note that copyright and ownership of AI-generated works are legally unsettled.
We make no guarantees about your ability to secure exclusive rights in Generated Content.
Use Generated Content at your own risk.
6. Affiliate / “Shop the Look” Disclosure
We may include links to third-party products (e.g. via Amazon). We participate in affiliate programs, so we might earn a commission if you click a link and purchase. We do not control those third-party sites or products and are not liable for them.
7. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Upload or create content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, obscene, harmful, invasive of privacy, or otherwise objectionable
- Violate laws or regulations
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or circumvent security or intellectual property protections
- Use bots, scrapers, or automated means without permission

- LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OPPORTUNITIES, OR GOODWILL
- DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE
- Third-party conduct or content
- Unauthorized access or alterations of your data
YOUR SOLE REMEDY IS TO STOP USING THE SERVICE.
